Refund and Returns Policy

1. Digital Products

Our digital products include, but are not limited to, data files, software, downloadable content, and virtual goods.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been successfully downloaded or accessed. However, we understand that there may be exceptions, and refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • The digital product is defective or not as described.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a system error.
  • The digital product cannot be accessed or downloaded due to technical issues that remain unresolved after contacting our support team.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after the product has been downloaded or accessed.
  • Inability to use the product due to incompatible software or system requirements.
  • Failure to follow usage instructions or guidelines provided with the digital product.
  • Any issue arising from third-party services or platforms used to download or access the product.
4. Refund Request Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to enquires@a1database.co.uk with your order details (Order ID, date of purchase, and product name) and a brief explanation of the issue.
  2. Response Time: Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
  3. Resolution: If your request is approved, we will process the refund through your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. However, if you have received a defective product, we will provide you with access to a new copy or an updated version of the product.

6. Technical Assistance

If you are experiencing issues with downloading or accessing your digital product, please contact our support team at enquires@a1database.co.uk for assistance before requesting a refund. Our team is happy to help troubleshoot any problems.

7. Liability

A1 Database is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products. By purchasing, you agree to use the products in accordance with our terms and conditions.
